Welcome to Tokyo Yokohama Tourist Advisor. We are excited to have you on board! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with us. By booking a tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment:
All bookings must be made through our website or email.
Full payment is require on the final day of the tour.
Payment can be made in cash only, either in Japanese Yen or US dollars.

All prices are quoted in US dollars or Japanese Yen and include all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include personal expenses such as meals, beverages, souvenirs, and optional activities unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date will not receive a refund.

Changes to Booking:
Any changes to the booking, such as changes to the tour date, must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled tour date and are subject to availability.

We recommend that all travelers have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of belongings, and trip cancellations.

Limitation of Liability:
Tokyo Yokohama tourist advisor is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by the traveler during the tour, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the company.

Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during the tour.
Tokyo Yokohama tourist advisor reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour who is causing a disturbance or endangering the safety of others.
